Hi, just want to applaud the work that ULU BUDA committee has done. I am one of the founding committee of ULU BUDA and am amazed by how much you have achieved in spreading the Dhamma. The coming event by Ajahn Brahm is certainly one of the highlights! He’s a great teacher who explains the profound dhamma with humour and wit.

I not only highly recommend this talk, I would also like to recommend this amazing book by Ajahn Brahm titled ‘Mindfulness, Bliss, and beyond’. This book is for both beginners and experienced meditators. Eloquently styled and explained, this book is an excellent guide for those who would like something different from most of the meditation methods they have learnt.
